Kenyan politician, lawyer, Raila enemy and NRM General Miguna Miguna has come out to declare the state of his mental capacity.
In an interview with a Canadian media, Miguna Miguna declared himself as the second most stable genius in Kenya and in the world, and one of the most intelligent people who ever lived. He said that he finds it hard to interact with non genius people, forcing him to minimize interactions with most people, a reason why he is taking a break in Canada.
The first position is held by the self declared genius Donald Trump.
