Kipchumba Murkomen to Donate all his Salary to his own Pocket

Sometimes, wisdom lies in being in the opposition, and the evidence of this is in Kenyan politician Kipchumba Murkomen.

The Elgeyo Marakwet Senator who until just the other day was a kamikaze jubilee apologist has suddenly found a lot of wisdom since he joined the opposition within the government. To be fair, he had always been a smart guy before joining the government, where sycophancy triumphs reason and common sense.

After losing the powers and the perks, Kipchumba Murkomen now identifies as an ordinary Wanjiku and to prove that his heart is where the poor are, Murkomen has committed to donate 100% of his salary to his pocket effective September 2020.

“I understand what Kenyans are going through under the despot Uhuru Kenyatta and I want to assure them that I am with them. I could use my salary as a Senator to pay for some delegations from Elgeyo Marakwet to visit a famous residence in Karen, or I could even build a second mansion in Nairobi just like any other politician. But I am committing to donate all this money to my own pocket because that is where the maximum impact is.”

The decision by Murkomen is revolutionary, and Kenyans from all walks of life cannot stop singing his praise.

Murkomen for president.
