Buzeki has ditched CCM. This is after his party leader Isaac Rutto joined William Ruto’s ‘hustler’ movement. His reason are funny and might have some sense of sense.
Buzeki claims he quit CCM because he is not a hustler and would not like to ride on the false rhetoric that he is a hustler when he is not.
Business Mogul and super rich man, his real name is Bundotich Kiprop Buzeki. He is a Uasin Gishu based politician who in the last General elections vied for the Governor’s seat for Uasin Gishu against the incumbent Jackson Mandago in a tight race.
Mandago ran on a Jubilee ticket whereas Buzeki ran on a CCM ticket, Chama Cha Mapinduzi led by former Bomet Governor Isaac Rutto. Isaac Rutto lost the Governorship contest for Bomet County after serving just term.
In a tweet, the party leader lambasted Buzeki for his thoughts, whether dependent or Independent are yet to be confirmed by the public.
Dear BUZEKI @BuzekiKiprop Politics haitaki makasiriko. A true leader makes compromises that unite people. We must love cohesion more than partisan party interests. I know what CCM stands for & if you believed in the core pillars of CCM, you would be supporting the #HustlerNation
During the 2017 General Elections, He was his CCM’s party running against Jubilees the late Lorna Laboso. Jubilee was the popular party then and was championed by deputy president William Ruto.
This saw the two Rutos fall out only for them to remember in 2020 that they are both hustlers and decided to put their differences aside in order for them to serve hustlers.
Buzeki is set to announce his next political vehicle.
