Jubilee Party Removes Ruto’s Hand From their Logo

It’s now official. The marriage is over.

The Jubilee Party of Kenya has removed William Ruto’s hand from its logo, marking the final nail of the coffin for the marriage between Uhuru and Ruto’s camps.

In the activity that was supervised by Raphael Tuju and witnessed by all but seven Senators, Jubilee said that there were too many hands involved in the running of the country, making Kenya very ungovernable. It is for this reason that they took the decision to minimize on the hands and retain only one hand on their logo.

“We are streamlining the structures that are involved in the running of this country,” said Hon Tuju. “This has nothing to do with William Ruto or any division in the party. Jubilee is strong enough and is the epitome of unity and tolerance in this nation.”

Supporters of William Ruto have protested the removal of the hand, saying that it is not healthy for the well being of the country. “The removal of Ruto’s hand makes the whole logo very unbalanced, it might flip over. If that logo falls, Kenya falls!” said Kipchumba Murkomen.

Besides the hand, Jubilee has also changed the party slogan from ‘Tuko Pamoja’ to ‘Tuko Moja.’ This was said to have been done to help portray the unity of Kenya in the logo.

The party will from henceforth focus on publicizing the new logo for the next three months at a cost of 1.2 billion.
